Sale of Domains from outdated list existence is not a trademark law injury
The OLG Nuremberg does not regard it as a trademark law injury, if a dealer gives erroneously to sell Domain names their owner it to no more is not. In addition the court sees Domain dealers and companies for search machine optimization in no competition relationship.
